Makeup Essentials Kit

I recently ordered the Makeup Essentials Kit from Coloressence, and my package was missing multiple items. After raising a complaint, I received most of the missing products, but the Golden Eyeshadow, which was part of the order as a free gift, was still missing.

When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue, they argued with me and later told me that if I wanted the eyeshadow, I would have to pay ₹99, even though it was originally included as a free gift. This is completely unfair and misleading. Customers trust a brand based on honesty, and changing terms after delivery is unacceptable.
To make things worse, it seems like my previous complaint was deleted from their website instead of being addressed properly. Deleting negative feedback instead of improving service is disappointing.
I hope Coloressence takes responsibility and provides better service to their customers. If anyone is considering buying from them, be cautious and check your orders carefully!
